September begins our Walk/Run
Now is the time for all of us to register and begin our virtual walks or runs in earnest! Dave Coleman signed up and tells me that he is running 3 to 3.5 miles about 3 times a week for about 10 miles each week. That’s great. How many of us can match this?
For August, I logged 44.29 miles of walking. That’s better than my goal of 26.2 miles per month. I am jazzed! This virtual walk is inspiring me to even do more.
